It's all Jen's fault....again! I saw her bowls here: http://cre8tivequilter.blogspot.com/2008/03/color-theroy-confusion.html and ordered the book, of course. I took the ugliest fabric you've ever seen (see pic below..ughhhh) and this is what it looks like now....
This is so easy! I'm not making a bowl this big though. I'm making a rug for my enclosed porch. It has a white painted floor and is where my bird lives all summer. He loves it there and I hear less screaming from him. I may be wrapping for a while....but I won't break dance...don't ask...

AWESOME!!!! So what did the fabric look like before hand? Isn't it a nice no brainer type of project?
It looks like an awesome, bright colored rug. I know it's a way to use up ugly fabrics!

I have this book and made one bowl and started another, before other projects (as in paying projects) took priority. Aren't they fun? I was just thinking I need to finish that last one I started. And I want to make one for my Mom. And coasters, too.
