Yep, I've gained another 12 pounds this year. Every year, it seems as if I gain 10 pounds. I'm tired of it. I think it's why I feel so crappy so often. So, I'm leaving in 25 minutes and heading for the gym. I bought a lifetime membership about 15 years ago and used it for about a year. Then, like most people, I quit going. In my defense, the one closest to me burnt down about 10 years ago, and I hate driving to the other one. It's in front of the biggest mall in our town. The traffic there is horrible. But, I paid for it, so I might as well use it. I'll be moaning and groaning tomorrow, I'm already preparing for it. I think I'll try to go three times a week. Wish me luck.

I wonder how many calories you burn when your hand sewing???
Good luck at the gym. Try to do things you like and that will help you stick with it. I tend to read a good book with my workout...it helps.
Hey Girlie! Burn some calories for me!!!!!
Kristie
Lots of luck with your new resolution. I find going to classes is much easier than using the gym, I find that rather boring. Classes are motivating and can be good fun too. Hope it goes well.
Wishing you lots of calorie burning...sure is easier to put on than take off...I know as I should be trying to get rid of some of the extra pounds...but oh how I love to cook and eat.

Good for you ,you'll be in shape in know time .
Pray that this will become a special time for you.
No matter how much we change what we eat, it is the darn exercise that makes the difference.
However back in my younger days when I walked and rode bikes so much I do not know why they did not achieve so much.
Now that I am partially handicapped exercise is harder so weight is more of a pain than ever.
So go girl go.
looks like you have a bunch of cheerleaders! You can do it!!!
Best of luck to you. Now if I only went regularly to my gym! Sigh...
Just visiting while I am enjoying my coffee - checking up on folks who have been to my blog for the give-away on Monday.Could be out walking the dogs, but this is more fun! Good luck at the gym.
Hugs - Lurline.
good luck with that....just making the decision to go should have burned up a few calories!! why don't you give the traffic snarls a miss and walk there and back...then there would be no need to go in even!!! LOL
You go girl!!! They say exercise can become an addiction???? I can't really believe it...can you? **giggle**
